Marktinstitutionen im Verhältnis von Nomaden und Sesshaften in Südkordofan/Nuba Mountains

Programm

Dieses Projekt untersuchte Einrichtungen des Marktes in Süd Kordofan / Nuba Mountains nach dem Zustandekommen des Friedensabkommens, das den Bürgerkrieg im Sudan im Jahr 2005 beendete. Der zentrale Fokus lag dabei auf den Dynamiken und Akteuren, die drei einzelne, aber nahe beieinanderliegende soziale Felder charakterisieren: Marktinstitutionen, staatliche Verwaltung und lokale Gemeinschaften von sesshaften und nomadischen Gruppen. Das Projekt verfolgte dabei sowohl Händler als auch die gehandelten Waren, während sie sich durch die drei Felder bewegen. Es untersuchte, wie sich die Akteure und die Felder dabei wechselseitig beeinflussen und wie sich in diesem Prozess der multidimensionalen Wechselwirkungen die Praktiken und die Zuschreibungen des "Nomadischen und Sesshaften", des "Händlers" oder sogar "Staatsbeamten" verändern.
