With an International Comparison of Greifswald, Joensuu and Karlstad.” * 2001-2007 study of geography and political science at the University of Greifswald (Germany) and the Södertörn University (Stockholm, Sweden) * Further study and research visits to Finland, Russia and Sweden * Internships at Berlinm&aaelig;gleren (Berlin, Germany 2008), International Contacts/Hanse/Europe (Greifswald, Germany 2005) and Leibniz Institute for Regional Development and Structural Planning (Erkner, Germany 2004.
